REGISTRATION FEE

Mail-in registration form all fees for conference registration and women's luncheon must be paid by union check, traveler's check, money order or cashier's check, made payable to CBTU. 

Online registration must be paid by credit card.

Onsite registration must be paid by cash or credit card. 

Personal checks are NOT accepted.

Per the CBTU Constitution Article V, youth registration fee will be one half the delegate registration fee for ages 18 and under or students 21 and under. Please bring student ID for ages 18-21. Youth registration does not include childcare services. Registration fees include ALL youth conference activities.

Early Bird Pricing

If registered by 4/12/2024 - $385.00

If registered by 5/21/2024 - $410.00

Onsite registration 5/22/2024 - 5/26/2024 - $435.00
 

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS  

Complete one form per person. Copies are acceptable. 

Online registration must be paid by credit/debit card only. 

2024 dues must be paid by April  22nd to register as a delegate.

PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Postmarked by April 22, 2024
Forms received after that date will be processed

PRE-REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for CBTU  convention registration changes, cancellations or refunds must be received by close of business April 22, 2024. Payment will be refunded, less a $20 processing fee if received in writing by that date. No requests for refunds will be accepted after April 22, 2024. DO NOT send convention refund requests to   the hotel.      

Guests will not be seated in the Delegates Section.  

Guests must sit in Designated Areas.
